§ 1705.50. Plaintiff's status as member.
In a derivative action commenced pursuant to
section 1705.49 of the Revised Code, the plaintiff shall be a member at the time of bringing the action. The plaintiff shall also have been a member at the time of the transaction of which he complains unless his status as a member devolved upon him by operation of law or pursuant to the operating agreement from a person who was a member at the time of the transaction.
