§ 1705.21. Rights of legal representative of member.
 

(A)  If a member who is an individual dies or is adjudged an incompetent, his executor, administrator, guardian, or other legal representative may exercise all of his rights as a member for the purpose of settling his estate or administering his property, including any authority that he had to give an assignee the right to become a member. 

(B)  If a member is a corporation, trust, general or limited partnership, or other entity and is dissolved or terminated, the powers of the member may be exercised by its legal representative or successor.
