§ 1703.30. Officer of unlicensed foreign corporation shall not transact business.
No officer of a foreign corporation shall transact business in this state on its behalf, if such corporation is required by
sections 1703.01 to
1703.31, inclusive, of the Revised Code, to procure and maintain a license but has not done so.
