§ 153.45. Commissioners may annul old and make new contracts.
If a contractor fails or refuses to proceed with the work specified in his contract in accordance with the plans, descriptions, and specifications attached to and made part thereof, the board of county commissioners may annul such contract, and shall proceed to make another contract for the completion thereof, in accordance with
sections 153.01 to
153.60, inclusive, of the Revised Code.
