[§ 152.24.2] § 152.242. Lease of facilities to bureau of workers' compensation; transfer of ownership.
Notwithstanding
section 152.24 of the Revised Code, the Ohio building authority may, with the approval of the office of budget and management, lease capital facilities to the Bureau of workers' compensation.
Upon the repayment of obligations of the authority, including refunding obligations, issued for the acquisition of any capital facility of the bureau, the authority shall transfer ownership of the capital facility to the bureau.
