[§ 152.24.1] § 152.241. Facilities for natural resources department.
Notwithstanding
section 152.24 of the Revised Code, the director of the Ohio building authority may, with the approval of the director of the office of budget and management, enter into agreements with the department of natural resources for the acquisition, construction, and lease of capital facilities for the department of natural resources, pursuant to the department's authority under
section 1501.01 of the Revised Code, including but not limited to office facilities and related storage and parking facilities.
