§ 1339.74. Trust property not subject to claims.
A work of art that is trust property under
section 1339.72 or
1339.73 of the Revised Code is not subject to the claims, liens, or security interests of the creditors of the art dealer, notwithstanding
Chapters 1301. to 1310. of the Revised Code.
