§ 1315.10. Forfeiture for late or incomplete report; extensions.
 

(A)  Any licensee who fails to make any report or give any notice required by the superintendent of financial institutions pursuant to section 1315.03, 1315.04, or 1315.06 of the Revised Code on or before the day designated for making the report or giving the notice or fails to include in the report or notice any prescribed matter shall forfeit to the state the sum of one hundred dollars for every day that the report or notice is delayed or withheld and for every day that it fails to report or give any omitted matter, unless the superintendent, in his sole discretion and for good cause shown, reduces the amount to be forfeited or unless the time for making the report or giving the notice has been extended by the superintendent, as provided in division (B) of this section. All sums forfeited pursuant to this section shall be deposited by the superintendent into the state treasury to be credited to the banks fund. 

(B)  The superintendent may extend, for a period not exceeding ninety days, the time within which a licensee is required to make any report or give any notice required by the superintendent pursuant to sections 1315.01 to 1315.11 of the Revised Code.
