§ 111.02. Bond.
 

Before entering upon the discharge of the duties of his office, the secretary of state shall give a bond to the state in the sum of one hundred thousand dollars, with two or more sureties approved by the governor, auditor of state, and attorney general, conditioned for the faithful discharge of the duties of his office. The bond, with the approval of the proper officials and the oath of office indorsed thereon, shall be deposited with the director of administrative services and kept in his office.
