23-18.1 County Clinic Associations

CHAPTER 23-18.1 COUNTY CLINIC ASSOCIATIONS 23-18.1-01. Clinic associations authorized. A county or community clinic association may be established in any county in this state, subject to the provisions, requirements, and<br>benefits provided in section 23-18-01 pertaining to hospital associations. The establishment of<br>such county or community clinic association must be neither dependent upon nor exclusive of the<br>establishment of a county or community hospital association, and any county in this state may<br>establish one of each or one of either of such associations.
