143-656. Contracts and financial arrangements.
Any contract between licensees and related to a match or exhibition held or to be held in this State must meet the requirements of administrative rules as set forth by the Branch. Any contract which does not satisfy the requirements of the administrative rules shall be void and unenforceable. All contracts shall be in writing.
