§ 66-69 - Index of certificates kept by register of deeds.
66-69. Index of certificates kept by register of deeds.
Each register of deeds of this State shall keep an index which will show alphabetically every assumed name with respect to which a certificate is hereafter so filed in his county. The index shall also contain notations of any certificates of withdrawal or certificates of transfer filed in the county.
