53-404. Rights and liabilities of conservator.
A conservator appointed pursuant to the provisions of this Subpart is subject to the provisions of G.S. 53-331 and to the penalties prescribed by G.S. 53-129 and G.S. 53-355. (2001-263, s. 1.)
