166A-68. Immunity of contract response team personnel.
Members of a contract response team shall be protected from liability under the provisions of G.S. 166A-19.60(a) while on an urban search and rescue team or specialty rescue team mission pursuant to authorization from the Division of Emergency Management. (2014-27, s. 4.)
