14‑227.3. Violation made misdemeanor.
All persons violating the provisions of G.S. 14‑227.1 or 14‑227.2 shall be guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor. (1967, c. 187, s. 2; 1969, c. 1224, s. 6; 1993, c. 539, s. 141; 1994, Ex. Sess., c. 24, s. 14(c).)
