136‑102.4. Penalty for violation of 136‑102.2 and 136‑102.3.

Violation of G.S. 136‑102.2 and 136‑102.3 shall be a Class 1 misdemeanor. (1967, c. 923, s. 3; 1993, c. 539, s. 995; 1994, Ex. Sess., c. 24, s. 14 (c).)
