131E‑135. Title; purpose.
(a) This Part shall be known as "Home Care Agency Licensure Act."
(b) The purpose of this Part is to establish licensing requirements for home care agencies. (1983, c. 775, s. 1; 1991, c. 59, s. 1; c. 761, s. 34.)
