§ 53‑404. Rights and liabilities of conservator.
A conservator appointed pursuant to the provisions of this Subpart is subject to the provisions of G.S. 53‑331 and to the penalties prescribed by G.S. 53‑129 and G.S. 53‑355. (2001‑263, s. 1.)
