§ 53-30. Registration of final order.
§ 53‑30. Registration of final order.
The final order of appointment of such new trustees shall be certified by the clerk of the superior court in which such order is entered and shall be recorded in the office of the register of deeds in the county or counties in which the instrument under which such appointment has been made is recorded, and a minute of the same shall be entered by the register of deeds on the margin of the record where said original instrument is recorded.
