§ 53-109. Official communications of Commissioner of Banks.

§ 53‑109.  Official communications of Commissioner of Banks.

Each official communication directed by the Commissioner of Banks, or any State bank examiner, to any bank, or to any officer thereof, relating to an examination or investigation conducted or made by the Commissioner of Banks, or containing suggestions or recommendations as to the conduct of the bank shall, if required by the authority submitting same, be submitted by the officer or director receiving it, to the executive committee or board of directors of such bank and duly noted in the minutes of such meeting. The receipt and submission of such notice to the executive committee or board of directors shall be certified to the Commissioner of Banks within such time as he may require, by three members of such committee or board.
