§ 36D‑10.  Trust not subject to law against perpetuities; restraints on alienation.

A community trust shall not be subject to or held to be in violation of any principle of law against perpetuities or restraints on alienation or perpetual accumulations of trusts. (1991 (Reg. Sess., 1992), c. 768, s. 1; 2005‑192, s. 3.)
