§ 30‑33. Confirmation of report; execution.
If the report shall be confirmed, the court shall so declare, and execution shall issue to enforce the judgment as in like cases. (1868‑9, c. 93, s. 26; Code, s. 2134; Rev., s. 3110; C.S., s. 4127.)
