§ 143B‑273.5. State‑County Criminal Justice Partnership Account established.
The State‑County Criminal Justice Partnership Account is created within the Department of Correction. Revenue in the Account may be used only to make grants to counties for supplementary community‑based correctional programs for eligible offenders in accordance with this Article. Revenue appropriated to the Account does not revert at the end of the fiscal year; it remains in the Account for expenditures in the following fiscal year. (1993, c. 534; 1994, Ex. Sess., c. 24, s. 14(d)).
