§ 143B‑161. Professional Advisory Committee creation, powers and duties.
There is hereby created the Professional Advisory Committee of the Department of Health and Human Services. The Professional Advisory Committee shall advise the Commission for the Blind on matters concerning or pertaining to the procurement, utilization, and rendering of professional services to the beneficiaries of the Commission's aid and services.
