§ 143B‑139.5. Department of Health and Human Services; adult care State/county share of costs.
State funds available to the Department of Health and Human Services shall pay fifty percent (50%), and the counties shall pay fifty percent (50%) of the authorized rates for care in adult care homes including area mental health agency‑operated or contracted‑group homes.
