§ 143‑345.1.  Rules and regulations.

The Governor, with the approval of the Council of State, shall adopt reasonable rules and regulations governing the use, care, protection, and maintenance of the public buildings and grounds (other than parking).  Any person who violates a rule or regulation adopted by the Governor with the approval of the Council of State is guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.  (1957, c. 215, s. 2; 1971, c. 1097, s. 4; 1993, c. 539, s. 1031; 1994, Ex.
