§ 143‑151.59.  Violation is a misdemeanor.

A person who violates a provision of this Article is guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor. Each unlawful act or practice constitutes a distinct and separate offense. (1993 (Reg. Sess., 1994), c. 724, s. 1.)
