§ 136-16.8. Continuing appropriations for public transportation.

§ 136‑16.8.  Continuing appropriations for public transportation.

There is annually appropriated, beginning with the 1987‑88 fiscal year, from the Highway Fund to the Department of Transportation for public transportation purposes the greater of one million six hundred forty‑five thousand dollars ($1,645,000) or the amount derived by multiplying the number of vehicles estimated to be registered as of the first day of each fiscal year by fifty cents ($.50).
