§ 136-16.4. Continuing aviation appropriations.

§ 136‑16.4.  Continuing aviation appropriations.

There is appropriated from the Highway Fund to the Department of Transportation the sum of eleven million two hundred eighty‑four thousand one hundred ninety‑eight dollars ($11,284,198) for fiscal year 2005‑2006 and the sum of twelve million nine hundred forty‑five thousand sixty‑six dollars ($12,945,066) for fiscal year 2006‑2007. Each subsequent fiscal year, there is appropriated from the Highway Fund to the Department of Transportation the amount appropriated by this section to the Department of Transportation for the preceding fiscal year, plus or minus the percentage of the amount by which the collection of State sales and use taxes increased or decreased during the preceding fiscal year. The Department of Transportation may use funds appropriated under this section only for aviation purposes.
