§ 136-11. Annual reports to Governor.

§ 136‑11.  Annual reports to Governor.

The Department of Transportation shall make to the Department of Administration, or to the Governor, a full report of its finances and the physical condition of buildings, depots and properties under its supervision and control, on the first day of July of each year, and at such other times as the Governor or Directors of the Budget may call for the same.
