§ 127A-54. Sentences; where executed.

§ 127A‑54.  Sentences; where executed.

All sentences to confinement imposed by any military court of this State shall be executed in such prisons as the court may designate. (1917, c. 200, s. 61; C.S., s. 6832; 1975, c. 604, s. 2.)
