§ 127A‑126.  Other suitable storage facilities.

All public military property of every description which may not be distributed among the units of the National Guard or State defense militia according to law shall be stored and kept at suitable storage facilities as determined by the Adjutant General.  (1917, c. 200, s. 39; C.S., s. 6875; 1959, c. 218, s. 20; 1963, c. 1019, s. 3; 1975, c. 604, s. 2; 2009‑281, s. 1.)
