§ 90A‑50. State Board of Sanitarian Examiners.
There is hereby created a State Board of Sanitarian Examiners to register qualified sanitarians to practice within the State. (1959, c. 1271, s. 2; 1973, c. 476, s. 128; 1981 (Reg. Sess., 1982), c. 1274, s. 2.)
