§ 90‑270.56. Reciprocal licenses.
The Board shall issue a license by reciprocity to any person who applies for the license as prescribed by the Board and who is licensed or certified as a marriage and family therapist in another state whose requirements for the license or certificate are equivalent to or exceed the requirements of this State.
