§ 90‑127.  Application of Article.

Nothing in this Article shall be construed to apply to physicians and surgeons authorized to practice under the laws of North Carolina, except the provisions contained in G.S. 90‑125, or prohibit  persons to sell spectacles, eyeglasses, or lenses as merchandise from  permanently located and established places of business.
