§ 90‑113.2.  Judicial review.

All final determinations, findings, and conclusions of the Commission under this Article shall be final and conclusive decisions of the matters involved, except that any person aggrieved by such decision may obtain review of the decision as provided in Chapter 150B of the General Statutes.  Findings of fact by the Commission, if supported by substantial evidence, shall be conclusive.
