§ 8‑6.  Copies certified by Secretary of State or State Archivist.

Copies of the plats and certificates of survey, or their accompanying warrants, and all abstracts of grants, which may be filed in the office of the Secretary of State, or in the Department of Cultural Resources, which copies, upon certification by the Secretary of State as to those records in his office, or the State Archivist as to those records in the Department of Cultural Resources, as true copies, shall be as good evidence, in any court, as the original.
