§ 75A‑19. Operation of watercraft by manufacturers, dealers, etc.
Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Chapter, the Wildlife Resources Commission may promulgate such rules and regulations regarding the operation of watercraft by manufacturers, distributors, dealers, and demonstrators as the Commission may deem necessary and proper.
