§ 58‑39‑100. Appeal of right.
From any final order of the Commissioner issued pursuant to the provisions of this Article there shall be an appeal as provided in G.S. 58‑2‑75. (1981, c. 846, s. 1; 2003‑262, s. 2(2).)
