§ 58‑22‑70. Registration and renewal fees.
Every risk retention group and purchasing group that registers with the Commissioner under this Article shall pay the following fees:
Risk retention group registration...................................................... $250.00
Purchasing group registration................................................................ 50.00
Risk retention group renewal............................................................ 1,000.00
Purchasing group renewal....................................................................... 50.00
Registration fees shall not be prorated and must be submitted with the application for registration. Renewal fees shall not be prorated and shall be paid on or before January 1 of each year. (1989 (Reg. Sess., 1990), c. 1069, s. 12; 1995, c. 507, s. 11A(c); 1999‑435, s. 3.)
