§ 127A‑55.  Forms for courts‑martial procedure.

In the national guard, not in the service of the United States, forms for courts‑martial procedure shall be substantially as those set forth in the Appendices, Manual for Courts‑Martial, United States, as shall be currently in use by the armed forces of the United States.
