§ 110‑93.1. Reimbursement rates for child caring institutions.
The Department of Health and Human Services shall establish standardized rates for child caring institutions in this State. These rates shall be effective July 1, 2006, and shall be updated annually on July 1. Rate‑setting recommendations provided by the Office of the State Auditor shall be incorporated into the Department of Social Services' rate‑setting methodology. (2005‑276, s. 10.47(b).)
