494 - Attorneys May Defend Themselves.

Universal Citation: NY Jud L § 494 (2020)

§ 494. Attorneys may defend themselves. The last section does not prohibit an attorney from defending himself in person, as attorney or as counsel, when prosecuted either civilly or criminally.
