51-1101 - Allocation of Moneys.

§ 51-1101. Allocation of moneys.

The moneys received by the state from the sale of bonds sold pursuant to the environmental quality bond act of nineteen hundred seventy-two shall be expended in the following amounts pursuant to appropriations therefor:

1. For metropolitan park projects, forty million dollars ($40,000,000);

2. For open space preservation projects, fifteen million dollars ($15,000,000);

3. For waterway projects, nine million dollars ($9,000,000);

4. For trailway projects, four million dollars ($4,000,000).
