§ 242. Races for horses bred in the state. The state racing and wagering board in granting a license to a corporation to conduct running or steeplechase races at its racetrack, if it deems such requirement practicable, may require such corporation to provide for at least one race during the racing season in which the entries shall be exclusively horses foaled in this state.
