31.33 - Mental Health Special Needs Plans.
Universal Citation: NY Ment Hygiene L § 31.33 (2019)
* § 31.33 Mental health special needs plans.The commissioner, jointly with the commissioner of health, shall be authorized to issue a certificate of authority to operate a mental health special needs plan, in accordance with the procedures of section forty-four hundred three-d of the public health law.
