Universal Citation: NY Gen Bus L § 599-C (2019)
§ 599-c. Penalties. A violation of the provisions of section five hundred ninety-nine-a of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars and not to exceed one thousand dollars.
