43-0123 - Environmental Review.
Universal Citation: NY Env Cons L § 43-0123 (2019)
§ 43-0123. Environmental review.Notwithstanding any other provision of law, rule or regulation to the contrary, the commission shall be deemed to be a state agency for purposes of article 8 of this chapter. The commission shall offer assistance to local agencies within the park regarding implementation of such article.
