325 - Application of Article.
Universal Citation: NY Town L § 325 (2018)
§ 325. Application of article. The villages and cities of this state shall be considered towns for the purpose of construing provisions of this article relating to strays; and the trustees of the village and the aldermen, councilmen or members of the legislative body of the city shall be fence viewers therein for such purposes.
