2998-C - Best Practices.

§ 2998-c. Best practices. 1. The center shall:

(a) Review and promote research to assist health care providers and health plans in identifying systemic problems in health care leading to medical errors or impairing patient safety or health care quality, identifying appropriate quality improvement strategies and developing and adopting health care best practices;

(b) Serve as a clearing house of information for health care providers concerning quality improvement strategies and best practices; and
